The Alice Austen House fosters creative expression, explores personal identity, and educates and inspires the public through the interpretation of the photographs, life and historic home of pioneering American photographer, Alice Austen (1866-1952). Alice Austen House winter tour hours (January and February) are by appointment only. Visits are limited to socially distanced tours of parties of 5 or less from the same bubble Tuesday – Friday, 1 group per hour between 12-5pm. The tours will be a maximum of 20 minutes and consist of viewing the temporary and permanent exhibition galleries.
