From the colonization era to the present, food has been largely dominated by European techniques and approach, leaving lots of native wisdom by the wayside. Ours is a journey of exploration, but also of the reverse colonialization of food. We invite you to join us as archeological excavators and discoverers of our food, as we embark on indigenous journeys, starting with our own roots.
