The Theatre, originally intended for traditional performing arts such as ballet, symphony, and drama, underwent a significant renovation in 2010, transforming it into a versatile venue suitable for multimedia presentations, concerts, lectures, and large convention meetings. It features a spacious and elegant entrance lobby with a box office, ticket drops, and concession stands accessible from all audience levels. The seating arrangement includes three tiers: the Orchestra with 1,392 seats, the 1st Balcony with 480 seats, and the 2nd Balcony with 447 seats, totaling 2,319 comfortable permanent seats. Additionally, there is a large accessible area designed for handicapped guests and their companions.
