The pub was started with the mission to bring beer that was bigger, bolder and preferably local to south Kansas City. After years of homebrewing and business planning, Matt Moore and Chance Adams opened a brewpub. Thanks to an enthusiastic community, it wasn’t long until we had a full-blown brewing operation, with canning and distribution throughout the KC metro. As the brewing operation expanded and the company opened Pizza & Taproom concepts across town, the pub continued to evolve. Our passion to bring something unique to south KC has brought us here— to Coast to Coast Pub. It’s a little of everything for absolutely everyone.
