The Proper Brewing Company is a local, family-friendly restaurant and brewery located in the historic Palace Theater downtown Quakertown, PA. We offer a rotating selection of our own craft-made beers, Pennsylvania wines, cider, spirits, and cocktails. Our beers are made from quality, natural ingredients with recipes we have developed and that have been enjoyed by many. Our food menu features a changing selection of sandwiches, small plates, and entrées made with local ingredients sourced and seasonal additions. We are deeply committed to giving back to our community by donating the spent grains from our beer-making process to local farms to supplement feed for their animals. The Wilsons, owners Brian Wilson and Kris Wilson, have been proud members of the Quakertown community for over 20 years and are excited to continue making a difference in the Upper Bucks area.
