Michelle and Tim Hogan purchased this 1890s-era building for their Design Center and business storage. The Hogans both have a background in event production and travel all over the United States for corporate events. Still, after moving to Corsicana, Texas, they decided to do something in their backyard. After three long years of renovation, starting from the top floor down, the building is fully restored in all its glory to what is now The Collin Club and The Rooftop with the downstairs Hall also available for rent.
