This private dining room adjoins our wine cellar, which houses over 3,000 bottles of wine and features a selection from renowned winemakers, such as Yarra Yering and Bannockburn Wines. Handpicked museum wines from Bass Phillip and Eastern Peake round out this incredible collection curated by Sommelier Matthew Jensen. The intimate setting, with a stunning vista of the Yarra and the Arts Precinct offers elevated and exclusive private dining. Private masterclasses can also be booked with our talented team to learn about Victoria’s 21 wine regions and hear the stories behind its vintages and producers.
