Saltine is a modern neighborhood restaurant that offers seasonal, contemporary cooking in a stylish and smart space. It was opened in late 2023 by Mat Appleton and Jess Blackstone, the founders of Fink's, along with Head Chef Phil Wood from Spring and St John Marylebone. Phil's menu features vibrant and seasonal dishes that prioritize provenance, joyful cooking, and sustainability. Saltine is open all day, with a lighter offering in the bar during the day and a full menu in the evening, accompanied by low intervention wines and kitchen-led cocktails.
