A large wood burning grill and rotisserie takes center stage where the majority of the dishes are cooked over live embers. The short menu changes daily and concentrates on plates with a sense of history and provenance, including our specialty of wild and foraged foods. The wine list is sourced entirely from independent producers, and regularly updated with a specialized focus on low intervention, natural and biodynamic wines.
