Solas is run by Chef Nicky Foley & his parter Ann Connell, where seasonality plays a huge part in what they serve. Being self sufficient in growing there own Organic Vegetables from there polly tunnels, self sufficient with their Organic Hen’s for Eggs & Honey from 1 of their 6 Wild Bee Hives. Foraging for anything that can intensify the flavour the food giving you the customer an experience that will be unforgettable, from Wild Garlic, Wild Blackberries & many coastal plants, herbs & seaweeds.
