Avenue 31 originated in Monte Carlo as a family project with its first location established as Avenue 31 Monte Carlo. As residents of both Miami and Monte Carlo, founders Stefano Frittella and Alexa Carcelli, along with Chef Julian Baker recognized a unique opportunity to bring this much-needed concept to Bal Harbour and the community. By introducing a touch of Monte Carlo to Miami, the team aims to elevate the overall experience, adding a sense of luxury and excitement within the Bal Harbour Shops.
