Franziska Bischof is a fourth-generation Brennerin and Edelbrandsommelière, continuing the legacy of Brennerei Bischof in Wartmannsroth. Alongside the Original Rhöner Whisky and London Dry Gin Florian, she also crafts a variety of fruit brandies and spirits. Her Destillathek, made of architectural concrete, is considered the first of its kind in Germany.
