With bygone recipes recovered from the historic cocktail tomes, once-lost libations — like The Zombie, Three Dots and a Dash, and the Pain Killer — have been resurrected with high-craft ingredients and are served in decorative tiki vessels that turn each offering into a vacation in a glass.
