You may bring in your own caterer! They must be licensed and insured. We do have a great list preferred caterers who are trusted and have worked with us before, are vetted, and have provided a Certificate of Insurance. We have a catering prep area with food warmers (not ovens), standard refrigeration space, and a washing area available for use.
