Caleta 111 is a Peruvian restaurant with a focus on fresh seafood. Bringing homemade Peruvian flavors to the table is our specialty so much so that people call our ceviche “the best ceviche of NYC" Passion is the best way to describe Caleta 111. Chef Luis Caballero has dedicated more than half of his life to developing and mastering the perfect recipes for his now so-glorified dishes.
