The name 'Ulew' means 'earth' or 'mother earth' in the Quiche Mayan language. We were born in May 2018 in the colonial city of Antigua Guatemala, surrounded by 3 majestic volcanoes and coffee plantations.

Ulew is a classic and signature cocktail space that emerges in synergy with the magic and energy of the moment. We do not have a cocktail menu, each drink is personalized with the client's details: flavors, smells, liquors, colors, and our bartenders do the work. Over time, recipes have emerged that were born to stay and have become cocktails acclaimed by our customers. The fact of not having a menu allows us to fully appreciate and use each ingredient that comes from our mother Earth who guides us through the different seasons of the year. Our mission is to promote and boost the cocktail culture in Guatemala. Health!
