RONIN 浪人

On the ground floor, a fast and irreverent izakaya tavern with simple cuisine that is very reminiscent of Japanese tradition. Various artists and vinyl collectors take turns to curate listening sessions in the Listening Bar corner, equipped with a "Klipsch" hi-fi system. Ronin Shokunin: a place suspended in time, a temple where the law is dictated by strict culinary principles. The first floor houses the restaurant, centered on and inspired by the "robata", the traditional Japanese grill: cooking over an open fire with coals that come directly from Japan. This is not Japanese cuisine and the word fusion is banned. Ronin Robata is a gastronomic fine dining restaurant, the environment is refined, the lights are soft. The walls are red and the tables are ultra-minimal, painted black, to create a sweet contrast in its shimmering modernist design. Everything is enriched by the raw bar seats for the chef's table and by the Dragon's Room, the room for dinners and private events. A small and hidden cocktail bar, dedicated to high Far Eastern mixology for aperitifs, after dinner and late night drinks, mentioned in the list of the best 500 bars in the world, with 4 private rooms in which to dine and sing. Each with a different and extravagant theme to recreate the spirit of getting lost late at night in the streets of Shinjuku.
