All’Olivo restaurant was established in 1988, when we refurbished entirely a typical trattoria in the historical centre of Lucca, turning it into a fine restaurant. Since then, we have successfully interpreted the Tuscan cuisine, cooking exquisite dishes, deeply tied to the local traditions. We particularly focus on the selection of our raw ingredients, such as our fresh fish and high-quality Fiorentina steak to meet every palate and offer our guests an authentic local dining experience.
