Grand Brasserie is a premier French restaurant located in the iconic Vanderbilt Hall of Grand Central Terminal. Guests can indulge in classic French cuisine, delectable pastries, and a variety of drinks within an elegant 400-seat dining space. Open daily, it stands as a top dining destination in New York City, conveniently situated near Bryant Park and Midtown Manhattan.
Our culinary team crafts market-driven menus that marry Parisian brasserie classics with New-York energy—think oysters on ice, dry-aged steak frites, and seasonal vegetarian mains. Everything is prepared in-house, allowing us to tailor plated, family-style, or reception stations around your event. Beverage programs are equally bespoke: craft cocktails, a 200-label wine cellar, and local drafts can be offered as open bar, packages, or consumption tabs. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and kosher-style requests are happily accommodated.
