As the exclusive caterer for 160 CPW, Purslane is committed to work toward zero waste. This requires that we compost, recycle, and upcycle everything we use to bring our events to life. This commitment is driven by the desire to minimize microplastic contamination in our food supply and the fact that food waste alone accounts for 10% of global greenhouse gas emissions. We carefully plan our menus, operations, and ordering down to the smallest details to reduce the need for trash.
Discounts for Nonprofits
Venue fee of $2,500 for up to 8 hours access to the space including 3 hours load in and 1 hour load out. Food, beverage, rentals and staff are additional.
