PROPERTY DESCRIPTION The Chateau du Theil in a few words An atypical 4 star hotel within the walls of an old castle with a total of 14 rooms including two suites in the 12th century tower. An independent gourmet and locavore restaurant with vegetable and fish production on site. A reception room for larger events in the old castle barn as well as a meeting room that can accommodate groups of up to 25 people. A 6 hectares landscaped park of edible land open to the public and accessible for events such as concerts or exhibitions or weddings. A wine and spirits tasting room on the ground floor of the main tower of the Chateau. An aquaponic greenhouse uniquely designed in collaboration with Pierre Harlaut founding President of the French aquaponic federation to allow both production demonstration and onsite training of all aquaponics techniques.
