The Arlington Music Hall has a rich history and always been ‘the place to go’ for entertainment. Opening in 1950 as a movie theatre, the feature film ‘Sea Biscuit’ starring Shirley Temple. The movie premier was followed by a memorable on stage performance by a local band ‘The Flying Ranch Hands’ who later became known as ‘The Light Crust Dough Boys’. Today, our Marquee Sign and a remnant of the original curtain, displayed in the hospitality room, are tributes to the history of this great venue.
