Colvin House

Colvin House features 16 rooms with open layout, a sun-filled entrance hall, a grand staircase with crystal chandelier, three fireplaces, adjoining sunrooms, a 3-car garage attached by an arched port-cochère. Damage to the house in its later years was caused by decades of neglect, including a split in the roof which led to severe water damage throughout the house. It has since been restored to its former glory! Repairs were made with a gentle touch, to maintain the integrity of the house's history. Today, the house is almost as good as new! There are still a few repairs that are underway, including the front steps and the brick courtyard.
