A discreet, intimate cocktail bar located in the Radio Wave Building where Nikola Tesla once lived and worked. Experience the art and science of cocktails in a dark, candlelit subterranean setting.
Patent Pending is located in the cellar of the Radio Wave Building, a New York City landmark building where Nikola Tesla lived and performed his experiments in the late 19th century. Patent Pending provides an intimate experience that embodies aspects of both a discreet speakeasy and upscale cocktail club. Behind another hidden archway, The Lab at Patent Pending awaits with a large booth for ten, another booth for twelve, a dance floor and five bar seats. Food will be served in the café up front, and the entire space both front and back can be yours. Our highly-trained bar and front-of-house staff takes the greatest pleasure in attending to every detail for private events and affairs. We look forward to hosting you soon.
