About

We'd love to accommodate your party needs large or small, whatever the occasion. Our goal is to serve fresh food, cooked to perfection. We aim to provide an experience that cannot be duplicated anywhere else in the World, let alone Metro Detroit. Chef Norberto was recently nominated for a James Beard Award for the best chef of the Greater lakes region competing with well-known chefs from Chicago, Indiana, and Ohio. Chef Norberto and his team strive to give the best in both Hospitality and Service. Come and try what everyone raves about. A Barzón is the part of a horse-drawn plow that joins the horse with the plow. The name comes from a Mexican revolutionary song that speaks about injustice in the fields. Their motto is: “Debo, no niego, pago lo justo” (“I owe, I don’t deny it, I’ll pay what is fair”). Cocina Poblana is the cuisine of Puebla in southern Mexico. It is esteemed throughout Mexico but still relatively uncommon in the United States. Mole Poblano – a sauce made with cacao, cinnamon, and dried chilis – is perhaps the most well-known item.
