There is a built-in bar area with running water on the main level. Caterers that are new to location are required to complete a site visit before the event date. There is a kitchen prep area for the caterer set-up, food production, and storage. Our kitchen prep space comes equipment with a sink, refrigerator, freezer, counter space, and electricity.

All public events are required to show proof of covid vaccinations.

The venue does not provide in-house catering, linens, glassware, flatware, or decor.

In most cases, all of your outside equipment and rentals will need to be delivered and picked up on the event day.

Access available from 11am - 1am (14-hours)

The event space must be cleaned and emptied of all garbage upon completion of the function, which is typically done by the caterer of your choice. There is a designated area for waste pick up at the end of the rental period. There is no fee for waste removal.
