Culinary Director Tom Berry borrow from Peruvian preparations, techniques and diverse produce to serve social plates of tiradito, ceviche, wok-fried rice, dumplings and more. From the beaches of Peru to the top of the Andes, the cocktail menu takes guests on a journey through the lens of Peruvian history and folklore. This sense of tradition can also be found in the restaurant’s décor, where patterns, colors and textures all pay homage to South America’s rich and diverse heritage.
