Due to the unique design of the building and the absence of structural pillars in the arena, every seat in the house has an unobstructed view of the stage. Floor space and seating can vary depending on the stage setup and production specifications. • The arena floor has retractable riser seating for the first 15 rows. • Clear floor space with the risers retracted is approximately 180 feet by 130 feet. • Theatre setup seats 6,200 to 8,600. • Larger set up seats 10,200. • Center stage or in-the-round setup can use up to 16,737 seats.
