Rooftop Garden

The Rooftop Garden is commonly subject to inclement weather in the Louisville area and any event on the rooftop may be subject to delays, cancellations, or relocations due to such weather and is determined in Churchill Downs Racetracks sole discretion as necessary for both the successful execution of events and the overall safety of our clients, their guests and our employees. This room is not guaranteed to be open or have seating availability, as it is opened based upon demand or type of event for each individual race day.
