We take the health and safety our guests, our staff, our neighbors, and our family seriously. We keep a close eye on the CDC guidelines and other information coming from our local government and Department of Health and continue to adjust our operation accordingly. More specifically: While we don’t require proof of vaccination, we whole-heartedly recommend booking your stay for a time after you are fully vaccinated. Boosted is even better! If requested, check-in and check-out can be contactless. We’ve enhanced our cleaning protocol with EPA approved disinfectants and sanitizers, plenty of fresh air ventilation. And please, DO NOT COME if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID, are unvaccinated and have been exposed to COVID within the past 14 days, or have tested positive for COVID within the past 14 days. All changes and cancellations must be made over the phone at 518-989-6404. Change/cancellation requests sent via email WILL NOT BE HONORED. Cancellations and changes made 7-14 days before the reservation are refundable minus a $100 per room fee. Cancelations and changes made within 7 days of the reservation are charged in full. No-shows and early check-outs are charged in full.
