With seating capacity of 200 for lectures and 160 for receptions Laurel Place is the ideal North Seattle location for any event. The banquet room fee includes the use of 10 four foot tables and up to 80 chairs, kitchen use and parking. We have additional tables and chairs available for a fee. The damage/cleaning deposit is refundable if the banquet hall is left clean and undamaged according to the guidelines in the lease agreement. With sophisticated ambiance, 2 modern kitchens, easy access and plenty of parking, Laurel Place is your event space of choice in North Seattle.
