Transportation
No Parking on premise
Street Parking outside the venue. Train Station one block away. Bus stops less than a block away.
Cancellations
A Cancellation fee of 25 percent (25%) of the rental fee will be charged to the renter if cancellation occurs within 45 days prior to the event. If cancellation occurs within 20 days of the event, an amount equal to 50 percent (50%) of the rental fee will be charged. Cancellation anytime thereafter will be charged at full price.

During the Contracted time in the venue.

Cleaning and Trash Removal
A cleaning fee is included in all rental fees. The renter is responsible to remove the trash from the event outside our back door to our trash area.
Permits and Insurance
A Certificate of Liability is necessary for all events at the venue.
