Overview

The Lodge is the building that is visible from Van Dyke Ave. It consists of a house where the Site Superintendent Charles Vincent and his family lived, a large multi-car garage, and an open carport. The Lodge Garage measures about 1,600 sq ft and features old-fashioned garage doors. It can serve as an indoor location for wedding ceremonies and accommodates about 225 in a theater-style setup. This building also works well for a cocktail reception, a small intimate wedding dinner, an engagement party, bridal showers, and more. The house part of the Lodge is a lovely spot for pictures, especially some black & white shots of this vintage area. It can also be used as a location for the bride and her attendants to hide out until it’s time for the ceremony.
