SOHO Lofts Special event space

Privately owned unique commercial loft spaces available for both daily and short term. Located in the heart of Manhattan’s SOHO district. Primarily used for pop ups, product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, movie and television, and photoshoots. With a total of 30,000 continuous square feet, plus two newly acquired loft spaces on our 4th and 5th floors, all located in the same building totaling 50,000 sq. feet. The lofts are highly customizable. Currently, there are 4 distinct lofts available: Ground floor and lower level, Second floor and 4th and 5th floors. Floors 4 and 5th come built-out , furnished with built out kitchens. Please inquire and would be happy to send additional photos. Constructed in 1890, this cast-iron building was a bustling area of Manhattan and was occupied by famous textile manufacturing businesses. The lofts still retain many of the original details. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200) that goes from Broadway to Mercer streets one of only 5 in SOHO. They have natural light flooding in through 16-foot ground floor and 14 foot second floor sash windows looking out onto Mercer and Broadway.
