inexpensive and gets the job done but it really depends on what your overall needs are. Studios team, or something like that can help with hardcoded customizations, etc
I’m using Swoogo right now for a 4 day conference. So far it’s been amazing. It’s easy to use and very attendee/user friendly. They have a solid support team if you have extra questions
We haven’t gotten to the check in process yet, but I’m very optimistic this far.
We’ve used Swoogo for 5+ years. We use it for all of our events. Absolutely love it. I’m always surprised it isn’t more widely used. Reasonable price , intuitive, nice looking and easy to build webpages, has everything you need
We use Swoogo for in person and virtual events
We use Swoogo for our large conference and I like it! Takes a little time to get familiar, but once you understand the system, you can get it to basically do anything you want.

They are high level and we are looking for a nice regional gift to give them, something they will hold onto. They are from PA. We are from NE/Boston area. everything i’ve experimented with is pretty clunky for this use case. whether it’s something more meetings-focused like calendly or doodle or something more services-focused like setmore or picktime, they’re all more suited to showing ongoing availability rather than something one-time.
