Which Firm Can Help Plan a Large 2024 Company Kick Off Event?
Hi all, really excited to be a part of this community!
Looking for a DMC/event production company recommendation to help me with the following (*highly ambitious) project: Company kick off event (2-3 day offsite, local + intl travel from Chile) for 1200 people in Jan 2024. Our CFO wants to see 3 budget scenarios for an event in Vegas, SF and 1 other location (Florida or Arizona) by EOW. Recognizing it's not realistic to pull detailed quotes & availability by then, but would love to provide a ballpark p/person estimate at least. Thank you!

What Are Unique Small Venues in LA for Networking Events?
Hey guys! I’m looking for smaller venues in LA for a corporate networking event. It’s an afternoon event with presentations followed by a cocktail hour. I think the capacity should be for 50-100 ppl. The client tends to like trendy, colorful and out of the ordinary venues rather than hotel conference rooms. In-House AV setup is a plus. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance! 😊

1. SF: Need 2 locations for a roundtable of 20-25 people that will serve breakfast or lunch. Prefer a restaurant, but am def open to hotel or meeting venue. (April 15 & 16). (I found this SF thread from a few weeks ago, but I think we have a little more budget than Wendy!)
2. LA: Need 2 dinner locations for April 16 & 17, about 15pax each dinner. Looking in West Hollywood/Beverly Hills area for Tuesday & Santa Monica/West Side area for Wednesday. Something nice, and quiet enough that it will allow for conversation (business dinners with potential clients).

What Are Unique Post-Exhibit Events at Mandalay Bay Tradeshow?
Vegas HELP My Company has a booth at an upcoming tradeshow in Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay and we typically do a happy hour or event after the exhibit hall closes. Last year we did sky lounge - I was hoping to do something more outside the box this year than just a restaurant/bar outlet but it has to be within the mandalay bay complex
