Hi @EventPlanner451! If your friend is still looking for options, EDGE Design & Decor (https://www.edgedesigndecor.com) is a great smaller furniture rental co. Devynn is the owner and is lovely. Atwater Art (https://www.theatwaterartco.com) is my go to print shop.

Run-of-Show:

4:30 - 5:00 | Cocktails, apps + networking

5:00 - 5:05| Introduction + welcome

*5:05 - 5:20*| Lightning Talk: Presentation

5:20 - 5:50 | Client Spotlight: Panel

5:50 - 6:40 | Breakout discussion groups (need to be able to break out into 6 groups of 10 or 10 groups of 6 in the same room)

6:40 - 8:20 | Dinner + networking

8:20 - 8:30 | Conclusion, thank you’s wrap up

AV Requirements:

• 1 monitor OR screen + projector

• 4 wireless microphones

Hi everyone, hope all is well! I’m in the market for a new venue in downtown Seattle and looking for recommendations. A small - mid-size space that could fit ~ 50 people banquet style, ideally with in-house catering & AV but not a deal-breaker if either have to be outsourced! Any recs will be much appreciated 🙂
