At Google’s National Leadership Summit, eMCee Kicks led an immersive DIY sneaker customization experience designed to unlock imagination and push creative boundaries. Tasked with thinking beyond the canvas, leaders from across the country stepped into our workshop to transform non-traditional sneakers into personal works of art. Our team guided participants through the process—sharing techniques, encouraging bold choices, and challenging them to reconnect with the creative spark many hadn’t tapped since childhood. From vibrant colors to meaningful symbols, each pair told a unique story. More than just a hands-on activity, the session served as a metaphor: innovation requires play, risk-taking, and vision. eMCee Kicks helped Google’s leaders break routine, embrace artistic freedom, and walk away with more than custom sneakers—they left reconnected to their creative core.
