Overview
From Interactive Entertainment Group
When you’re launching the next generation of customer experience tech, a static booth just doesn’t cut it. At Customer Contact Week in Las Vegas, Mosaicx did more than debut their AI-native Engage platform—they turned CX trends into a competitive, interactive moment with our Roll A Ball Racing experience.
Roll the Future
In the middle of Caesars Forum, attendees were invited to “Roll the Future: Which CX Trend Will Take the Lead?” Each racer repped a different trend—AI and Automation, Customer Self-Service, Human-Agent Experience, and Omnichannel Orchestration. The track, fully wrapped in Mosaicx branding, shifted the energy from horse race to high-tech showdown. Winners received a plush teddy bear in a Mosaicx tee—because even in a digital world, soft touches still resonate.
Wrapped in Experience
Staff wore shirts reading “The Next Generation of CX is Here,” with scannable QR codes leading directly to product demos. The activation wasn’t just eye-catching—it was strategic, blending brand storytelling with hands-on engagement.
From Game to Gain
Mosaicx needed more than foot traffic—they needed impact. And by transforming CX buzzwords into a race to the finish, they gave attendees a tangible way to interact with what’s next in customer engagement.
