At Good Kids, we believe marketing is about creating experiences that engage and delight. When H&M Canada asked us to bring their Spring/Summer 2023 Isla Hennes collection to life inside their Eaton Centre flagship, we set out to create a vivid in-store island escape. We generated buzz before launch with branded security gate wraps, sandwich boards, and a targeted email campaign to GTA customers. The centerpiece was a touch-screen selfie mirror photo booth built from recycled materials. Guests could choose vibrant Isla Hennes backdrops, receive digital and printed photos, and scan QR codes linking directly to the collection and loyalty program. Brand ambassadors styled in key pieces engaged shoppers with collection insights, while free-standing botanical displays recreated native island flora using sustainable materials. Loyalty sign-ups were rewarded with eco-conscious tote bags, some containing surprise gift cards. Over Easter weekend, the activation drew nearly 20,000 impressions, 991 engagements, and 495 sessions. The decor was later repurposed throughout the store, reinforcing H&M’s commitment to sustainability. This was more than a pop-up; it was a brand story brought to life.
