For BottleRock Napa Valley (May 2025), Madeleine’s Macarons & Creperie ran a high-throughput dessert/brunch activation designed for festival crowds 20,000+. We combined live crêpe stations with grab-and-go macarons and ice-cream sandwiches to keep lines moving and guests happy.
Offerings
Live crêpes (dessert + savory): Strawberry-Nutella, Lemon-Lavender, Mushroom-Spinach-Swiss, Ham & Swiss, + seasonal specials.
Signature macarons (naturally gluten-free) in 2-packs/6-packs; color-matched flavor cards & branding.
Artisan ice-cream sandwiches for hot-weather throughput.
Operations & Scale
Footprint: 10’x10’ festival booth; two professional crêpe griddles; hand-wash setup; cashless POS.
Throughput: ~90–120 crêpes/hour across two stations; staffing 6–8 per day.
Weekend prep: 2,000+ crêpes and 1,000 ice-cream sandwiches; strong macaron sell-through (historically 1,200+ bags over the weekend).
Compliance: health-dept permitted, COI on file; compostable packaging per BottleRock sustainability rules.

Fast service, Instagram-ready visuals (macaron displays + live cooking), clear allergen labeling, and festival-proof packaging. Ideal for VIP lounges, GA concessions, and sponsor tie-ins.
