Overview
From Madeleine's Macarons & Crepes
About
For Festival Napa Valley’s Opera Night at Charles Krug Winery (St. Helena, CA), Madeleine’s Macarons & Creperie delivered an elegant, sound-conscious dessert activation tailored to a seated performance with VIP hospitality. We had a live crêpe station at the post-concert reception—fast service, wine-friendly flavors, and photogenic displays that matched the winery aesthetic.
Offerings
Macaron Displays: naturally gluten-free macarons plus a dramatic display at booth.
Live Crêpe Station: dessert crêpes pre-concert, on intermission, and post-concert
Operations & Scale
Quiet, low-impact setup: electric griddles, no open flame; 6’–8’ footprint per station; compostable serviceware.
Throughput: ~40–60 crêpes/hour per station; macarons scale cleanly to 300-500.
Compliance: COI provided; allergen labeling; winery policies respected (power access coordinated with venue).
Why it worked
Refined, wine-centric flavors; silent service during performance windows; rapid post-show throughput; branding options (sleeves, color-matched shells, flavor cards) that elevate sponsor/VIP experience.
