Indeed FutureWorks 2025 was designed to evolve beyond a traditional B2B conference and become a direct driver of business outcomes. After a record-breaking 2024, the goal was to scale attendance while increasing the quality of engagement with senior HR leaders and supporting the launch of Indeed Talent Scout. FIRST replaced the standard expo model with a consultative, solution-led environment. The activation was structured around six themed neighborhoods organized by client challenges rather than product names, prompting attendees to self-select into focused, high-value conversations. AI was embedded across the experience as a utility layer, guiding attendees to relevant content, experts, and sessions in real time. A custom on-site studio powered a hybrid broadcast experience designed for digital parity, with shorter content blocks to drive stronger engagement. Results reflected measurable behavior change: 41% of in-person attendees completed 30-minute 1:1 product walkthroughs, app adoption increased 27 percentage points year-over-year, 30% engaged with AI-powered content tools, and virtual attendance grew 45% year-over-year. FutureWorks 2025 demonstrated how intentional design, integrated technology, and structured engagement can transform a conference environment into a consultative ecosystem that delivers strategic conversion at scale.
