Tractor Vision was brought in to transform a mixed-use entertainment space into a series of distinct, fully realized worlds, each with its own identity, tactile language, and visual impact. The scope spanned large-scale scenic fabrication, custom signage, structural builds, and hand-crafted prop work across multiple zones, delivered as a full-service engagement covering pre-production design, project management, logistics, and on-site crew. No two zones shared the same design language, fabrication method, or guest purpose, requiring our team to simultaneously operate across disciplines: scenic painting, CNC fabrication, 3D modeling and carving, structural engineering, and environmental graphics. All of it had to feel cohesive, install in three days, and be ready for guests from day one. Tractor Vision deployed its full range of fabrication specialties across the project — CNC fabrication, large-format graphics and signage, custom millwork, structural builds, foam carving, 3D modeling and printing, and scenic painting — delivering five distinct zones under one cohesive production. From environmental graphics systems and on-site scenic finishing to hero prop sculpting and load-bearing guest-interactive structures, every discipline was engaged to bring the space to life on time and at scale.
