Shadowbox Design Management provided full-service event production for the global debut of Fleurs de Villes AUTUMN at the Americana Manhasset in October 2025. As the technical production partner for this luxury event, Shadowbox handled all aspects of the sensory-driven showcase. Staging: Coordinated the physical layout and structural needs for over 15 unique floral installations, including the signature life-sized floral mannequins created by local Long Island florists. Lighting: Designed and operated specialized lighting to highlight the intricate details and vibrant colors of the seasonal floral artistry. Audio: Managed sound systems to enhance the immersive "seasonal storytelling" atmosphere throughout the luxury shopping center. Event Coordination: Managed technical operations from setup through breakdown to ensure a seamless experience within the sophisticated retail environment. The exhibition served as a high-profile celebration of art and fashion, pairing iconic brands like Anine Bing, London Jewelers, and Toku Modern Asian Restaurant with local floral talent.
