Travel Logistics

This system may include: facilitating and coordinating travel and participation for high-touch guests as well as securing hotel space for event attendees and higher touch guests. If this process does not already exist, we can set up a system tied into the registration process where attendees and participants will be able to enter in their travel preferences and payment information via online portal and an e-ticket will be issued. For VIP guests that the client will be paying for, we will set a typical fare but obviously this will be subject to fluctuation - particularly, based on the timing of ticketing decisions. Services offered include: personalizing schedules for VIPs, securing hotel and event space, and combining the travel and registration process.
