Our team has decades of combined experience organizing these types of gatherings in the physical world, and since March 2020, we have been leveraging that experience into the virtual realm by combining our signature high-touch event services with top of the line virtual event technology and custom platforms. In order to ensure the health and safety of all those involved, Markham and its partners do everything in their power to follow these guidelines. Overall, a general exercise of over-caution is taken. We follow all guidance from public health officials to keep the client, guests, and Markham staff safe. Specific protocols rely on the latest CDC guidance as a baseline, but may exceed those recommendations. When necessary, a Health and Safety Zone (HSZ) will be established for in-person staff and all production personnel. We are fastidious about the main three ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19: wear a mask, wash your hands, and keep social distancing. We trust that everyone on our team will implement safety protocols effectively and do their utmost to ensure the health of guest, staff, and production crews.
