Chef Russell Markus started cooking dinner parties around New York City a decade ago. He has developed strong relationships with farmers, community gardens, and herbalists in the New York region to develop one-of-a-kind thoughtful meals. Whether an intimate sit-down dinner for 20 or a gala for 200 - Russell and his experienced team are here to deliver a note-worthy experience for you and your guests. He is also the co-founder of Breaking Bread NYC - an organization birthed out of the 2020 George Floyd Protests - that focuses on serving food boxes and meals to communities facing oppression, inequality, and food insecurity.
