RAPT is a full service, luxury catering, event staff, event planning and experiential production company located in Manhattan, New York. RAPT was founded by Chef-Owner Andrew Maturana and specializes in elevated New American cooking, culinary cocktail craft and experiential event production. Our approach to hospitality follows a philosophy of continual improvement, thoughtfulness and seasonality in order to achieve quality-driven experiences and naturally beautiful results.
