We specialize in video production for trade shows, conferences, corporate events, brand activations, interviews, executive headshots, b-roll capture, and recap content. Our goal is to make production easy for busy teams while delivering polished footage and edits that turn a few event days into lasting marketing assets. Before COVID, we operated as SteadyTake, building a trusted network of experienced U.S. videographers & editors. That foundation continues today through ProEvent Video, with a sharper focus on the event space and the needs of clients who want strong content without the hassle of managing production themselves. AI is changing the creative and production landscape, and we are embracing it where it improves workflow, efficiency, and speed. But live events remain highly important because they create the real-world moments, interactions, and brand experiences that companies still need to capture and extend. We use AI where it helps us work smarter and support better production workflows, while keeping human judgment, storytelling, and production quality at the center of what we do.

We take a practical, professional approach to on-site health and safety. Our crews work carefully within active event, corporate, and venue environments, with attention to safe equipment placement, cable management, light-stand stability, and minimizing disruption in high-traffic areas. We follow client and venue safety protocols, maintain clear communication with on-site contacts, and adapt to security, access, and building requirements as needed. We carry production insurance and, upon request, can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI), including additional insured language if required. Our goal is to deliver smooth, low-disruption production while protecting people, property, and the flow of the event.

We take a practical approach to sustainability by running lean, planning carefully, and avoiding unnecessary production waste. Whenever possible, we use local or regional crew, streamline travel, reduce excess equipment, and rely on digital workflows for review, approvals, and delivery. We also help clients get more value from a single event shoot by capturing content that can be used across multiple channels and over time. Our goal is to deliver strong results with an efficient production footprint.
